Sort order
Switch a collection between Shopify's sort options (best selling, price, title, newest) on a schedule.
Collection automation
Re-sort a collection, rewrite its title or description, move it in and out of sales channels, or reorder its products, at a date and time you set, once or on repeat.
Nothing to add to your theme. Schedules run on our servers, so your browser does not have to be open.
The problem
A collection is never finished. The sort order goes stale, the seasonal copy is wrong by March, and the sale collection has to appear and disappear on cue.
Re-sorting the sale collection every Monday morning
A recurring schedule that re-sorts it while you sleep
Seasonal collection copy that is still up in February
Set the change back at the same time you set the change
Hiding a collection from a channel on launch night
Schedule the channel change for the minute it should happen
Dragging products into position by hand, again
Save the order once and schedule it to be reapplied
Actions
Every action targets collections, and one schedule can cover several collections at once.
Switch a collection between Shopify's sort options (best selling, price, title, newest) on a schedule.
Drag products into the exact order you want, or type target positions, and schedule that order to be applied.
Rewrite a collection's title or its description at a set time, so seasonal copy changes itself over.
Add a collection to a channel or remove it, so it shows up exactly where and when it should.
Schedule the SEO title and description, and the theme template suffix that decides how the collection page renders.
Update the collection's featured image and its metafields on the same schedule as everything else.
How it works
One collection or several. The same actions apply to all of them, so a rule you write once covers the whole set.
Several actions can sit on one schedule, each with its own date and time.
A single moment, or a repeat: daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
The Timeline shows what has run and what is next, and every action leaves an activity log entry behind it.
Pricing
Billed by Shopify on your regular store invoice. Advanced starts with a 3-day free trial and can be cancelled from the admin at any time.
Free
Enough to schedule the collection you care about most.
$4.99/month
Every collection, every action, on repeat.
FAQ
No. Until the moment you picked, the schedule only exists inside the app. At that moment it calls the Shopify Admin API and makes the change, exactly as if you had made it by hand.
Your store's timezone, read from Shopify. Pick 9:00 on a Friday and it runs at 9:00 on Friday for your store.
Yes. Pick the collections, then add the actions once: they apply to all of them. The Demo plan covers up to 10 collections per schedule; Advanced has no limit.
Yes: daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, with a set number of occurrences.
No. Everything happens through the Shopify Admin API against your collection data. There is nothing to paste into a theme and nothing to remove if you uninstall.
That is a separate app from the same team: Bulk Edit & Product Scheduler covers products, variants, prices, inventory and price lists. The two can run side by side on one store.
Install from the Shopify App Store, start on the free Demo plan, and schedule your first collection change today.
